We kick off this second episode with a North Okanagan Valley Regional overview with Christine Colletta of Okanagan Crush Pad. She orientates us to the culture, geography and geology of this region, before focusing in on her international team and tasting a couple of their wines. Following which each winery representative introduces us to their estate and tastes one of their wines they brought to Canada House.
